How to add memory to callin.io AI Assistant with callin.io: Step-by-Step Guide

In this video, we'll demonstrate how to implement memory for the callin.io AI Assistant and integrate it directly into a scenario. We'll be using three scenarios to construct this system.

First Scenario:
This scenario will examine the call transcript. If a prior conversation is found, callin.io will continue the dialogue with the customer based on that transcript. If no transcript is found, we'll add the customer's number to a Google Sheet, and callin.io will initiate a new conversation.

Second Scenario:
This scenario will focus on updating the transcript and summary.

Third Scenario:
This scenario will be used to gather custom function properties and update the customer's name within the Google Sheet.
