I'm following the guide titled "How to Easily Automate Email Responses With ChatGPT," which is available in this callin.io article: https://www.make.com/en/use-cases/automated-email-responses . However, when I attempt to use the Airtable template, I'm prompted to request access. I was hoping someone with the necessary permissions could make it public. Thank you.

Yes, it appears the Airtable should have been public. I can notify the author of this article for you.
You can also send them a direct message on this forum if the notification doesn't work, and it should be forwarded directly to their email.

Hello there, welcome to the community and thank you for pointing this out 
I wanted to inform you that the details have been forwarded to the appropriate team. In the meantime, before this is fully resolved, I've included a screenshot of the Airtable base to give you a clearer picture:
