I've recently been experimenting with some Gmail automations and decided to create a short tutorial on how to enhance your inbox using callin.io workflows.
In this video, I cover:
- Automatic labeling of new incoming emails using AI nodes.
- Creating reply drafts (linked to the thread ID) based on your knowledge base (utilizing OpenAI Assistants and the AI agent node).

Fantastic! Generating automatic email drafts that align with internal SOPs and reflect past email styles is definitely something I've been considering.

I am self-hosting callin.io and am encountering issues with the OAuth credentials. I've tried using a standard Gmail account, as well as a Google Workspace account for individuals. I would appreciate some assistance in resolving this.
Could someone please guide me on how to fix this?

Hi there, regarding your Gmail add-on for webhooks, can it be customized to send a text field upon trigger? For instance, I'd like to include some instruction details in an email before sending it to the AI assistant for drafting a reply.
