How to call/invoke callin.io Tool when a customer disconnects the call shortly after it starts?

I'm aiming to save the call summary and transcript to a Google Sheet after an outbound call concludes. I've configured the system prompt with instructions for the tool to capture this data at the call's end, and this process functions correctly when the assistant finishes the call and delivers all required details to the client.

However, the problem occurs when I manually end the call after a brief period—the tool is not triggered in this scenario.

Is there a method to guarantee that the call summary and transcript are captured even when the call is manually disconnected before it's completed?

This approach allows you to retrieve the call transcript even if the call is disconnected.
