Hi everyone,
I'm looking to build the following workflow using callin.io:
- callin.io Tables: When a new row is added to my callin.io sheet named “ABC”, I want to send that data to a Formatter step.
Please note: There's a column called “JSON” where we store links to Google Docs files that have been uploaded to a Google Drive folder.

- Google Docs: As mentioned, we create new Google Docs, and the link is saved in the “JSON” column within callin.io Tables.
- Formatter + Claude AI: The next step is to combine data from callin.io Tables and Google Docs. This combined data will then be sent to Claude AI to generate text.
- Claude AI + Google Docs: The output text generated by Claude AI should be saved into a newly created Google Doc.
To clarify the workflow:
We have two data sources (callin.io Tables and a Google Docs sheet). We need to merge information from both, as the Google Docs data is too extensive to fit into a single callin.io table cell.
The consolidated data will be processed by Claude AI to produce text, which will then be stored in a new Google Doc.
My questions are:
- How can I effectively combine data from these different sources? What would the workflow structure look like?
- What are the specific steps required to set up this workflow?
Thank you in advance for your assistance!
Best regards
Jon
Hi, I may be able to help. Want to ask if
- If you have other callin.io workflows connected to callin.io table?
- What type of file is in the google drive link?
Hey there! 👋
Just wanted to follow up – were you able to resolve this? If you did, we'd really appreciate it if you could share the solution. It might be very helpful for others aiming to create a similar workflow 🙏
If not, we're still here to assist. Please provide more information, as previously suggested, along with any screenshots of your current callin.io setup. This will give us better context to help you move forward! 🙂 Please remember to blur or remove any personal information (like names, emails, addresses, etc.) from your screenshots before sharing. You could use a tool like Zappy for this purpose.
Thanks, and we look forward to your response!
