Francisco Fernando de Brito Fontes on LinkedIn: Automatizar la creación de facturas con callin.io

Master Optimization for Martial Arts Instructors

We know the story of Alejandro, a dedicated Kobudo master. Every month, he was hampered by managing payments and creating receipts. Imagine the stress!

But one day, Alejandro discovered the solution that would change his life: callin.io.

:martial_arts_uniform:Are you a passionate martial arts instructor like Alejandro?

Imagine being able to spend more time honing your skills and teaching instead of wasting it on administrative tasks.

With callin.io, the leading automation solution, your life as an instructor will be more fluid and focused on what matters: your students.

:chart_with_upwards_trend: Automation in Action:

Alejandro, like you, had a clear vision. Imagine this: In just two clicks, you record a payment in a simple database in Airtable. But that is not all. callin.io springs into action, connecting the dots automatically.
callin.io, detects the payment, finds the parent’s contact details, and generates the invoice to Holded without you lifting a finger!

:link: Connecting the Pieces:

From the database in Airtable to the invoice in Holded, callin.io takes care of every step. ¡

And in the blink of an eye! The invoice is downloaded and sent to the parent by email, with a personalized message on WhatsApp informing them of the registered payment.

Alejandro no longer has to worry about those annoying delays!

:alarm_clock: Time Savings = More Teaching:
Imagine the time you would save. No more late classes, no more tedious paperwork. With callin.io, Alejandro has freed up valuable time, providing higher-quality classes and enriching his students’ experience. Imagine what you could achieve!

:sparkles: Conclusion:
So, if you are like Alejandro, passionate about martial arts but tired of the administrative burden, it is time to leap.

With callin.io, automation is not just a word; It is your assistant. Simplify, save time, and focus on what you love: teaching.

Good afternoon,

When I attempt to create an invoice using an API call to callin.io, I consistently encounter the following message:

The operation failed with an error. Function ‘validStatus’ finished with error! Unexpected token ‘<’, "<div id="r"… is not valid JSON

I'm unable to pinpoint the error or the cause of this issue.

Could someone please assist me?

Thank you kindly,

I've found a workaround by utilizing generic HTTP requests.
