How to get call data from callin.io and send it to Google Sheets?

When an AI agent starts a call, there are four potential results:

  1. Call transferred (This is simple and can be managed directly within callin.io)
  2. Voicemail
  3. No answer
  4. Lead response – for example, Not Interested or Interested

I can utilize callin.io to update specific cells in Google Sheets according to routing logic. However, my question is:

How can I retrieve the call outcome data from callin.io in real-time or after the call to initiate the correct route in callin.io?

Are there any suggested or effective methods for this process?

To accomplish this, you might consider using the callin.io “Watch End of Call Report” module —

Listens to end of call report from callin.io call via this webhook.

That's a great question.
Within the callin.io UI, navigate to the analysis section to find structured data.
You can implement prompts such as: “Provide an output; for instance, if the call was transferred, set a property in the property section to ‘calltransferred’ with a value of yes or no.”_

Similarly, you can establish custom parameters based on various outcomes. These outputs can then be utilized in callin.io to construct routers and efficiently initiate the appropriate workflow.
