I am building an AI Outbound Calling Agent using callin.io with callin.io tool integration.
I have managed everything, but I need to request the client to provide their email address once they schedule a meeting with us, so I can add their email to Google Calendar.
Could someone please advise on how to incorporate this into the callin.io Assistant description?

Consider using a description similar to this for your assistant:
"At the conclusion of the conversation, after confirming the appointment, please politely request the client's email. Explain that it's for sending the appointment details and for adding it to the calendar."
Alternatively, for a more direct approach:
"Once the booking is confirmed, state: 'Perfect! I just need your email to send you the details, could you please share it with me?'"
This type of instruction will help the model gather the information smoothly. Within callin.io, you can then extract the email from the transcript
or call output and directly input it into Google Calendar.
