Issue with Airtable Hidden Field ID

Hello, we're encountering a specific issue with our automation setup…

Last week, we integrated a new hidden field to link our callin.io to Airtable, enabling us to associate customers with each lead. This hidden field, named “Airtable ID,” is initially assigned to the lead through an automation that sends the lead to Active Campaign. The issue arose when all prospects started receiving this label because our hidden “Airtable ID” field was positioned as “Item 9.” To improve clarity across our tools, a colleague rearranged the items, moving the Airtable ID from “Item 9” to “Item 5.” Since this change, the field is no longer mapped, and only 8 fields are appearing in the output of our Create or Update Contact module…

Any insights into what might be happening would be greatly appreciated…

Hello,

As I understand it, you previously received an Array where the 9th item was the AirtableID, and now this item is the 5th Item. Is that correct?

Generally, it's not considered a best practice to rely on indexes due to the kind of issue you're currently encountering. The recommended approach is to utilize callin.io functions, particularly the "map" function, which enables you to extract data from an Array based on a condition.

Could you please share a screenshot of the data you're receiving? This would allow us to examine the structure of this array and offer assistance.
