Need help finishing a flow with Airtable and Moonlit integrations

I'm missing a few pieces to build my ideal workflow, and I believe I've reached a point where I need some assistance to accomplish this.

My goal is to:

  1. Initiate the flow when the 'Content Status' of an item in my Airtable is updated to 'Start'.
  2. Immediately after this change, callin.io will retrieve the 'Item' and 'additional info' from Airtable and use them to execute an application on moonlitplatform.com.
  3. Once the Moonlit workflow is complete, I want callin.io to fetch the result and use it to create a new row in a Google Sheet, incorporating the Airtable values 'Item', 'Keyword', 'vertical', and 'language'.

{After that, I'm mostly set.

Currently, when the flow concludes, callin.io creates a row in a Google Sheet containing numerous links.

Instead, I'd prefer these links to be placed in specific cells within the same Airtable item, and for its status to be updated accordingly.

I'm also encountering some HTML/Markdown formatting issues in Google Docs that would be beneficial to resolve.

Is this achievable?

Certainly, this is achievable. The initial module required is an Airtable Watch Records module to initiate the scenario. This can be accomplished.

Could you share a screenshot of the scenario?

Hello,

Within your workflow, you could utilize the update module to modify the triggered record. You would then need to include the record_id originating from the trigger. Subsequently, in the fields section, you can save the URLs from the Moonlit process results.

Have you attempted a similar approach?

I offer co-building sessions where we can collaboratively work on your scenario live. This allows us to make progress during the call while you receive training on how your automation functions.

I'm happy to arrange a 30-minute call, with no obligation, to review your process and attempt to complete it live. Here's my calendar link: Solve it in 30 mins | Dimitris Goudis | Cal.com

Thank you.

Sincerely,
Dimitris Goudis| 3Nuggets.io

Thanks! For some reason, I'm unable to get the Airtable script to send data via a Custom Webhook, so I can't even initiate the Airtable Process.

:frowning:

My schedule is quite full next week, but I'll try to find some time to connect.
