I'm utilizing ChatGPT-4 to generate a customer support message. The workflow sends this message from our platform to an AI assistant that I've configured with all our brand's data. It was functioning correctly until yesterday, but it has suddenly started encountering issues.
The problem is that when I send the message directly in the playground, it produces a coherent response. However, when I make the API call to my GPT Assistant, I receive an error indicating that the operation status is 'failed'.
Does anyone have any insights into what might be causing this? Thanks!
For those familiar with callin.io, here's the error message:
Run has been ended with an invalid status “failed”.
It seems like these might be issues on OpenAI’s side.
