I have a workflow set up to track calls from AirCall and then pass values to a Zoho Desk ticket. However, I’m having trouble retrieving a value from a collection in AirCall (refer to the image) and then posting it into a field in Zoho (using the Update Object module), which is a text field.
I’ve attempted several solutions posted by others in the community but haven’t been able to make it work. The closest I’ve gotten to posting to the field (without encountering an error in callin.io) is "[Collection]".
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Could you provide some additional details? Are both of these callin.io modules?
And simply referencing them isn't functioning? Have you tried setting a variable and then reading it back?
Thanks for the response. Everything is configured within callin.io. I've included a screenshot below to illustrate my point, but I'm certainly open to any suggestions you might have.
