Programmatically passing credentials into a workflow

How can tokens be passed to active workflows? It appears they only accept the ID of an existing credential.

Could you please explain how to pass the tokens to the running workflows? They don't seem to accept anything other than the ID of a pre-existing credential.

I'm not entirely sure how it was achieved, but I also managed to obtain the refresh token, which we can now utilize to refresh the access token.

Honestly, I don't recall the exact steps or if it was successful. It's been some time since then. I hope you manage to find a solution!
