Retellai not pinging callin.io production webhook url

Describe the problem/error/question

I am utilizing a callin.io one-prompt bot integrated with callin.io webhook workflows. When I use the test URL for the webhook, everything functions correctly. However, when I use the production URL, callin.io does not ping the workflow. I verified if it was a workflow error using a curl command, and it worked. This appears to be a callin.io side issue, and I'm unsure how to resolve it.

I have:

1. Confirmed that the workflow is active.
2. Validated that the production URL is the same.
3. Ensured that both methods are POST.

What is the error message (if any)?

There is no error message; the node is never pinged.
