Seeking advice: developing clinic automation with callin.io + AI (Spanish-speaking mentor preferred)

Hi everyone!

I’m currently learning to build advanced automation systems using callin.io, and I’m looking to specialize in creating serious, sustainable solutions for clinics and healthcare centers.

I’ve been working with tools like callin.io, Airtable, Chatwoot, Manychat, and callin.io,
and I’m trying to build an integrated system that includes things like:

• Automated Q&A and appointment booking from WhatsApp or Chatwoot, integrated with a custom CRM (like Airtable), plus voice assistants like callin.io that can read and write to a shared calendar.
• WhatsApp or SMS appointment reminders.
• Automated post-consultation follow-ups.
• Lead capture from forms or social media (including Instagram automation like “Comment TRICKS and I’ll DM you dental tips” via Manychat).
• All of this running in a scalable, centralized system, hosted on a private server for the clinic.

My goal is to learn how to build this type of professional, real-world automation system, not just simple workflows.

I’m looking for someone who already has experience building these types of systems for clinics — ideally a mentor or content creator who speaks Spanish, but any real experience is welcome!

Estoy aprendiendo a crear sistemas avanzados de automatización con callin.io, y mi objetivo es especializarme en soluciones reales y sostenibles para clínicas y centros médicos.

Trabajo con herramientas como callin.io, Airtable, Chatwoot, Manychat y callin.io,
y estoy intentando construir un sistema integrado que incluya:

• Automatización de respuestas frecuentes y agendamiento de citas desde WhatsApp o Chatwoot, integrado con un CRM personalizado (tipo Airtable), y asistentes de voz como callin.io conectados al mismo calendario.
• Recordatorios de citas por WhatsApp o SMS.
• Seguimiento post-consulta automático.
• Captación de leads desde formularios o redes sociales (incluyendo automatizaciones en Instagram como “Comenta TRUCOS y te envío tips por mensaje” usando Manychat).
• Todo centralizado en un sistema escalable, alojado en un servidor propio para la clínica.

Mi objetivo es aprender a construir un sistema profesional y funcional para clínicas, más allá de automatizaciones simples.

Estoy buscando a alguien con experiencia real haciendo este tipo de implementaciones en clínicas, preferiblemente un mentor o creador de contenido que hable español (aunque cualquier experiencia real será bienvenida).
