Should I add a new calendar or create a new scenario?

I'm looking to integrate an appointment/time scheduling tool into my callin.io assistant and add a calendar module to my callin.io workflow. I understand the necessity of adding a webhook and the basic principles of setting this up (though I'm open to alternative approaches).

Should I add a calendar to my existing callin.io setup or create a new scenario?

Hi and welcome to the callin.io Community!

You can do both. I guess the decision comes partly from preference and partly from practicality. If you’re only adding the Calendly element and it’s using the data from the rest of your scenario, it’s easier to put it there. But if the Calendly module has dependencies on something other than what’s in your scenario, a separate scenario might be better.
