Hi dear makers! Struggling with building automation with Transloadit. I want this service to generate a thumbnail for uploaded video. It works perfectly through the web interface, but I lack of knowledge to make it work through callin.io.
Does anybody have this experience? Thank you!

It seems you're looking to use the Video Encoding endpoints for Transloadit.
However, it appears that Transloadit doesn't offer a dedicated module for this on callin.io.
You can submit this as a suggestion to the Idea exchange, specifically under App improvement ideas. Remember to check if it's already been suggested before posting!
If the external service provides a Developer API Reference/Documentation, you should be able to integrate the endpoints within callin.io by using the general HTTP “Make a request” module.
