Hello everybody,
We have a callin.io connecting Air.ai to GHL to send text messages. When putting it into action it sometimes works, but sometimes it doesn’t. If I go to the callin.io and “Test” the trigger, it actually activates the callin.io and sends the SMS. Has anybody else faced this issue? I tried seeing if I could reduce the polling interval, but I don’t see a way to do so on my callin.io.
Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, we worked on scenarios with callin.io and callin.io integration with GHL.
We will have to look into your scenario and can fix it.

Hi,
It seems the callin.io workflow you're using involves Webhooks by callin.io. I want to be upfront and mention that Webhooks by callin.io is considered an advanced feature, and consequently, our support for it might be more restricted. This isn't due to a lack of willingness to assist, but rather because each API is distinct, and every request can vary. This makes it challenging for us to pinpoint the reasons behind errors or unexpected behavior in requests.
