I'm utilizing the callin.io module's webhook for the "watch end of call report." The assistant is configured to collect the first name, last name, and email address, which it successfully does within callin.io. However, this data isn't appearing in the callin.io module.
Upon checking the webhook log files, I observe 98 entries generated from the 40-second phone call.
When I examine the most recent log file, it's identified as the "end of call report." Inside this log, I can indeed see the expected data (first name, last name, and email address). However, I'm unable to find a method to transfer this data into my scenario for outputting to an email or spreadsheet.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
