I’m encountering an issue with my AI assistant where it’s failing to recognize that the calendar is unavailable for a specific date and time. I’ve configured a workflow to verify calendar availability, but it appears the assistant isn’t correctly identifying busy periods.
The tool call for “checkavailability” is successfully invoked in the callin.io logs, but it seems to be processed incorrectly within callin.io. I’ve included a series of screenshots from the workflow, detailing error logs and filter conditions. My assessment is that the problem might stem from how the data from Google Calendar is being handled, but I haven’t been able to resolve it on my own.
Could you please assist me in diagnosing this problem?

To retrieve busy slots, you can pass the start and end dates to get the busy slots within that specified range.
