I manage advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and build simple landing pages with Hayflow. My ads and landing pages usually advertise automotive industry deals.
I often get PDF files with offer details, and I need an automated process to pull relevant information from these PDFs and create structured ad copy using ChatGPT.
What I Need:
• A callin.io workflow that:
• Handles PDFs from Google Drive or Email
• Extracts essential details from the PDF (like car model, pricing, leasing terms, etc.)
• Outputs the extracted details in a simple copyable format (Google Sheet, Slack, or Google Doc)
• Utilizes ChatGPT to generate structured ad copy based on set prompts
• Saves the AI-generated ad texts to a Google Sheet, Slack, or Google Doc
Additional Details:
• I can supply sample PDFs and point out the crucial data points for extraction.
• I will also provide sample prompts and formatting instructions for the AI-generated texts.
• The workflow needs to be adaptable and scalable, as I manage several offers at once.
