Webhook not receiving data from a callin.io assistant

We are experiencing a very frustrating issue attempting to connect a VAPI voice assistant with callin.io, to send data from VAPI to an email address within a 2-module callin.io Scenario.

We have:

• Overcome all the Google-related obstacles to utilize a Gmail address in callin.io.
• Established a Custom Webhook within callin.io.
• Linked the Custom Webhook to a Gmail module.
• Copied the Webhook URL.
• Pasted the Webhook address into the Integration section of a newly created VAPI Tool.
• Used the exact name of the VAPI Tool in the Assistant’s System Prompt, instructing the assistant to trigger a data send from the VAPI assistant to the VAPI Tool.
• Tested the VAPI Assistant.

Despite completing all these steps, the data is not being transmitted from VAPI to the callin.io Webhook.

There is an error code 410 appearing in VAPI’s log.
