I’m new to Callin and testing my first agent. In the call history I can see the duration and status, but I can’t see the transcript or extracted data (like the email or date we talked about during the call).
Does anyone know what I should check, or if I’m missing something in the setup?

Welcome! This is a pretty common situation when starting out and it usually comes down to a few simple settings. Here’s what to check:

Turn “Record calls” ON for your agent. If it was OFF during the call, no transcript or entities will be generated. (Turning it on later won’t retroactively add them).

Call length. Very short calls (hang-ups, voicemail) won’t create transcripts.

Appointments. For the Appointment column to show entries, make sure your agent has Schedule Appointments ON and is properly linked to your Google Calendar → Official guide here .

Entity extraction. Your prompt should explicitly ask for info like email, date, name and confirm them during the call.
Quick tip: switch Record calls ON, run a test call of at least 1 minute, and then check again. You should see both transcript + entities right away.
