Even though my count indicates 14, the scenarios page shows 497 or a similar number for operations a scenario has used. This is quite concerning, and I'd appreciate it if someone could help me understand why. I've only been retrieving one record from Airtable here for testing purposes.

Your initial assumption should be accurate, as I reached the same conclusion. There's no need to delete it.
The operation count shown in the scenario list reflects the total operations utilized across all its executions within the current billing period.
