Intelligent analysis form for women undergoing mastectomy for breast cancer

What are you trying to achieve?

Hello,

Let me introduce myself, I am Blandine Hue, and I manage a French association named BPRM Buste Plat & Reconstruction Mammaire (= Flat closure & Breast Reconstruction) which supports women who have undergone or will undergo a mastectomy.
I aim to develop a form to assist them in making their choice: Breast reconstruction or Flat bust (Flat closure).
It's a bit more complex than that, but that's the general idea.

My goal:

• Make the form accessible on the website

• Once the person has completed the questionnaire, they can request an email summary analysis generated by the AI.

• I have already created the form using Google forms.

• I also manage to manually convert the Google Sheet data for AI processing, enabling textual analysis of the responses.

• I've identified the correct script to request a suitable analysis, and the outcome is excellent.

Now I want to automate this entire process.

I admit I could use some assistance in building this project as I have no prior experience and would appreciate guidance from someone willing to help.

If this is feasible, it would be wonderful and would greatly benefit many women, both in France and internationally.
