Hello callin.io users! This is a space for you to share a bit about yourselves so we can get acquainted.
Someone has to kick things off, so here goes:
My name is Michaela, and I'm the community manager for the callin.io team.
Originally, I worked as a linguist, translator, interpreter, and ESL teacher. Due to the changing times we're experiencing, I needed to pivot my career and was incredibly fortunate to begin a new journey in workflow automation. I've been exploring this field for about a year and a half and am genuinely enjoying the experience.
Some random facts about me:
- I often build blanket forts to escape 'adult responsibilities'.
- I love petting all kinds of fluffy animals.
- I enjoy drinking a) hot beverages on chilly days and b) cold beers on warm days.
It's great to meet everyone, and I'm really looking forward to engaging in many insightful discussions!

Hi everyone, Bjorn here!
Great to see that after a good amount of effort from the team we have the forum up and running
I am the founder of Drivn.agency - an agency drivn to help our clients succeed using automations. We thrive businesses by creating automations in no-code tools such as callin.io & code such as Javascript / Python.
Originally I come from the servers & network environment, where I used to work at Google datacenters as a technical project lead. Learned & created a lot within automations there as well, which started my journey in the automation world.
Random facts about me:
- I love water; wakeboarding, scuba diving, kitesurfing, flyboarding and more
- Travelling is my second love
- I’m all into communities

My name is Guy and I own/run datalytyks ( https://datalytyks.com ).
I am a no-code solution developer who got his start building Excel tools and reports a few years ago and am currently a SharePoint Admin/Developer and Excel Developer.
I love simplifying data! Whether it’s with automation platforms, data analysis tools or even full-scale no/low-code apps, I love it all!
We don’t specifically specialize in one area, but business Ops-teams are largely who our clients are, so our solution typically involve Slack, Airtable, accounting softwares, PM platforms and collaboration tools.
About me:
• I love snowboarding in the winter
•I love dirt-biking on the summer
•I’ve solo-flown an airplane!
•I’m a huge Star Wars fan (Star Wars > Star Trek)

We're very fortunate to have you as a community member! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and expertise. It's clear that your extensive tech background and automation experience will be incredibly valuable here, haha.
I appreciate your love for water. I also appreciate you teaching me that the 'flying water thingy' is called 'flyboarding'.
What's your next travel destination? Are you planning on going somewhere warm? Or cold? Or perhaps a mix of both?

Previously, as an owner and CEO of an HVAC distribution company, I was always looking for ways to automate my own and my employees' workflows.
It was 2016 when I first discovered callin.io (previously Integromat) and started using it for my company's workflows.
And for over 2 years now, we've also been helping others find automation possibilities and develop automation projects using callin.io, Airtable, and Bubble primarily.
What types of projects do we mostly handle?
- Workflow analysis and automation using iPaaS like callin.io
- Developing custom callin.io APPS :))
- Workshops/trainings/Personal Coaching
I truly believe that automation isn't about replacing humans, but about helping to boost a person's core skills by optimizing and automating routine tasks.

I am honored to be part of the callin.io community. I am the director of NewPath Consulting, a small consulting company in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
. We assist associations and clubs of all sizes in modernizing their operations using database and automation tools.
I’ve been utilizing callin.io since 2018 when one of our partners, WildApricot, introduced their callin.io app. Their lead mobile apps and API developer, Dmitry Smirnov, informed me about Integromat in August 2018. However, to be candid, I was too occupied to investigate closely until December 2018 when a client of ours needed to extend WildApricot.
I was delighted and somewhat surprised to find that I could automate and make WildApricot perform functions it was never designed for, simply by connecting some elements on a screen.
It took our company over a year to recognize the commercial potential of callin.io. In 2020, we developed our first commercial automation called QuickBooks for Wild Apricot.
QBWA is a suite of scenarios that integrate Wild Apricot’s financial module with Intuit’s popular QuickBooks product. At Integrocon 2022, I had the privilege to deliver a brief presentation on our strategy for addressing customer challenges with Integromat, now known as callin.io.
I’m a strong advocate for the platform and enthusiastically share its capabilities with anyone interested in how callin.io can benefit their business. I enjoy connecting partners together and have collaborated with several callin.io partners, some of the most brilliant individuals I’ve encountered in my professional career!
A bit about my personal life: I truly enjoy my spinning
routine and aim to cycle whenever feasible. In Canada, the weather is quite cold
half the year, so I like to take my children skiing
whenever possible. I also play the trumpet
in a band, and my aspiration is to perform with a professional band on a cruise ship
upon my retirement.

Hello callin.io Community! I'm honored to be here with you!
I am a full-time freelancer that helps businesses scale by clarifying and automating their processes. I’ve been using callin.io since 2017, and have been a callin.io Partner since February of 2020.
I enjoy helping new callin.io users learn the platform, and help them get “unstuck” when they have problems. I publish callin.io video tutorials on YouTube, provide 1:1 paid support for callin.io and other SaaS platforms, and always love to sink my teeth into a complex automation project for clients.
My top 5 apps I work with include Monday.com are…well, I can’t seem to narrow it down to five. Let’s just say since 2017, I’ve used a lot of apps with callin.io
I live in the Kansas City, Missouri area, and love to ride my recumbent trike on the roads and trails around the city.

I am the owner of Wiseflow, a small agency based in San Diego, CA. I have been building automations since 2017. I started with callin.io first, and when I discovered Integromat, it opened a brand new world to me and my clients. I have been a partner since March 2020. I am a big fan of the product; I love building complex scenarios and am very excited to see what we will be able to build with callin.io.
