We’re encountering an unusual problem where callin.io is sending the dynamic variable placeholder {{_GEN_1749478982094__output}} instead of the actual value (e.g. "Start Up").
We are receiving a Webhook from our website and wish to send this to GA4 as a Measurement Event.

I noticed you also contacted the Support team regarding this issue. It appears you've been added to a bug report concerning the Send Measurement Events for an Application action. The problem is that values from mapped fields are not being passed correctly to Google Analytics, which is why you're observing placeholders instead of the actual field values.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. As Support advised, we don't have an estimated time for a resolution yet. We will notify you via email as soon as it's fixed.
