callin.io tables task usage (data out)

Experimenting with callin.io tables. The AI bot indicated that when data flows into a table from a trigger, it doesn't count as a task, which is quite interesting. I'm also inferring that the trigger itself wouldn't count as a task, meaning zero task consumption for data input (please correct me if my understanding is mistaken).

My inquiry is regarding data output. For instance, if I wanted to export a row to monday.com as a new item, would that count as a task?
