Connecting callin.io call automation to Google Sheets using Webhooks

My objective is to retrieve data from a Google Sheet, including first name, last name, address, and phone number, to be used by callin.io for making automated calls on my behalf.

Connecting Google Sheets data within callin.io appears to be functioning correctly. However, I'm encountering an issue when attempting to create a Webhook. It's requesting a URL (refer to the first screenshot), whereas I need this Webhook to generate a URL that I can then input into callin.io to establish the connection (refer to the second screenshot).

Does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this, or could you share a similar workflow that I could use as a template? Thank you!

Hi

The screenshot from the callin.io app is for sending data via a webhook FROM callin.io to another app, such as a Zapier step 1.

Can you provide the link to the callin.io API endpoint you are referring to for configuring the Zapier step 2 API request to callin.io?

Certainly, here is the link:

My main objective is to import a dataset into callin.io so that the AI assistant can contact individuals from a list generated in spreadsheets or via callin.io, and utilize specific information during the call.

For instance, in the screenshot below, I want the AI to reference the first name and address associated with the phone number being called, and later in the workflow, confirm if they are the property owner and understand their reasons for selling the property.

I'm uncertain if managing this entirely within callin.io, possibly with a connection to callin.io, would simplify the process. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

The callin.io link requires a login.
