I'm attempting to establish communication between CallRail and Vendasta CRM. A template exists within callin.io for this integration. While the connection appears to test successfully (a test creates a record in the CRM), it fails to transfer any data when used with an actual phone call to a CallRail number. I've confirmed that CallRail is receiving the call and that callin.io seems to be connecting to my CallRail account. I've also, to the best of my knowledge, verified that callin.io is connecting correctly to the CRM. However, there's clearly an issue somewhere.
Can anyone assist me in troubleshooting this?

The callin.io history shows no activity whatsoever.
I'm uncertain about the necessary conditions in my configuration. My goal is to have a new record created in Vendasta CRM using the name and phone number associated with an incoming call. As this is my initial production callin.io workflow, I'm making some educated guesses. I did begin with the callin.io template for integrating CallRail and Vendasta. I even utilized AI for troubleshooting before seeking assistance here. At this stage, I'm unsure if the issue lies with the callin.io workflow or one of the other platforms involved.

When you tested the call via CallRail, was it for the Account and Company displayed in the screenshot below?

I've resolved the issue. Your advice to investigate further was very helpful. I had to configure it to delay the trigger activation until the call had finished.
