Hi! I've attempted to create designs multiple times. The issue is that it doesn't seem to know which template to populate with the information. I've already created several design templates, one for each of my Realtors. callin.io isn't prompting me to select which template to create or complete, nor is it clear how it will identify the information to pull in (from my Cognito form). Consequently, I'm facing significant difficulty linking everything to the template because I suspect it's trying to create a new design rather than filling an existing one with the data. I'm not sure if that explanation is clear. 

I have a Cognito form set up: it includes dropdowns for the agent's name (to determine the correct template), property status (coming soon, new listing, pending, closed), property address, and a file upload for the property's front image. 

I'm trying to connect this form to callin.io and Canva so that it automatically generates a design using the information entered into the Cognito form. However, the "create design from template" option isn't available to me, even with my Professional account. I'm unsure if the "create design" function will work as intended. Below is an example of the template I'm trying to populate.

You are correct! It appears that the Create Design action in Canva does not support populating designs with information as you intend; it solely creates a new design. I've noted a feature request for a "Create Design Autofill Job" action within the Canva app. Such an action would enable the population of design templates with various data. I have added your vote to this request. While I cannot provide a timeline for its implementation, we will certainly notify you if it becomes available!
