Hello Everyone,
While we have the “send a call” block from callin.io available in callin.io. I have a complex use case at hand and I want to understand how we can use the “Conversational pathway” call through callin.io.
The idea is to initiate a call to users who attended our event to educate them further about the product, and then request a suitable time for a demo via a video conference.
Thank you.
Hi
Could you please elaborate and provide an example regarding the “conversational pathway”?

Hey!
Thanks for the quick response.
The Send a Phone call action initiates an outbound phone call, and it works perfectly. This feature uses a single prompt and is excellent for performing a specific task, such as booking an appointment.
However, Conversational Pathways allows for multiple prompts to be executed in smaller conversations, guided by a decision tree. The core action remains the same: initiating an outbound call.
Here is the documentation from callin.io: https://docs.bland.ai/api-v1/get/convo_pathway
I've attached a snapshot showing what a pathway looks like.
Is it possible to create a block to action a conversational pathway outbound call, or perhaps a tutorial on how to trigger this using the “https block”?
Thanks
