Experimenting with the callin.io and callin.io integrations. It seems like this is all quite new, so there isn't much information available yet.

Problem: Cannot initiate a Call.

Error: The app returned "Banned phrase detected: scam”

Instance: Fails during the test phase

Steps taken:

  1. Verified the authentication; it's functioning correctly.
  2. Eliminated words that appeared to be scam-related from the prompts.
  3. Utilized a standard callin.io template.

Hi

To help us understand better, please share screenshots showing how your callin.io steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode, along with the error you're encountering.

Hey Troy,

I got the answer from callin.io Support Team, apparently I was using a dynamic variable that ended with the letter (Diabetes) “s”, and then without space I was using the word “camp”. The callin.io AI read it as “scam" as a part of the combined word “Diabetescamp” and threw an error.
