I'm facing challenges using GPTs with AI Actions in callin.io. I've followed the instructions and successfully integrated the callin.io action into the GPT. To connect to Google Drive via the GPT, I set up AI Actions at https://actions.zapier.com/. The AI actions work as expected when tested on callin.io. However, when the GPT triggers the callin.io action, it prompts for authentication through callin.io. Even after authorizing during the login, the browser page reloads and states it cannot connect with the plugin – a plugin I'm not using. The error message in OpenAI is: Couldn't log in with plugin. I've verified that all Google permissions are correctly configured. Can you offer guidance on resolving this?
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards
Hi
Good question.
This might be worth a try:
Hi, Thank you very much for the assistance. I attempted to follow the guide's suggestions, but there were no changes. Within the Actions of callin.io's GPT, there are three authentication type options. The default is OAuth authentication. However, in this scenario, I'm unsure where to locate the "client ID" and "Client secret" values to input. If I leave them blank, it doesn't function. Subsequently, I experimented with the API connection type, entering my callin.io API key and selecting "Bearer" as the Auth type. After clicking "Allow" again, I encountered the error "Couldn't log in with plugin". As a final effort, I tried setting the authentication type to "None", but this also yielded no positive outcome. What should be the correct authentication type? API or OAuth? If it's OAuth, which is the default for the callin.io action, should I leave the "client ID" and "Client secret" fields empty, or do I need to populate them with values? If the latter, where can I find them?
I'm encountering the identical issue.
Experiencing the same problem. Connections are enabled, but I'm unable to send emails or create documents.
Has anyone found a solution for this?
With all due respect, please stop providing this answer, which to my knowledge isn't helping anyone. What actions are being taken to resolve this?
GPTs are a new feature for OpenAI and callin.io, so some issues are to be expected.
I am not affiliated with callin.io, so you might want to try opening a ticket with callin.io Support for potential help: https://zapier.com/app/get-help
Even when actions are enabled, they don't seem to function. GPT is unable to connect with Gmail to send emails or create documents.
Hello everyone,
I've developed a GPT-based system designed to help with responding to potential customer inquiries. Our process involves gathering details like names, emails, etc., from customers and then saving this data into a Google Sheet. The system operates smoothly on my machine and under my account.
However, I've run into a perplexing problem. When trying to use this system on another computer or with a different ChatGPT account, it appears to necessitate that the user possesses their own callin.io account. This is confusing because the integration and actions are configured within my callin.io account.
Why does the system mandate that each user needs a separate callin.io account, even when they are utilizing the GPTs actions configured in my account? Is there a method to set up the system so that others can use it without requiring their own callin.io account?
Any insights or recommendations to resolve this would be highly valued.
Thank you!
Yes, I've observed the same issue. Has anyone found a solution?
I can confirm it's now working correctly on my end! To fix this, please log out of your OpenAI account and then log back in. After that, try running your assistant as you normally would. If it still looks the same, try clicking the button or link once more. This might trigger a new grant request, and once that's completed, you should be all set. The issue stemmed from a problem in the OAuth flow, causing the OpenAI API to not respond to requests. 🚀
I've attempted to follow your instructions, but it's still not functioning correctly on my end.
Regarding the OAuth authentication configuration page for the GPT, in the 'Client ID' and 'Client Secret' fields, should I input specific values or leave them blank? I continue to encounter the same issue when I don't enter any data. If it is necessary to input information, could you please guide me on where to find these details? Thank you for your assistance.
