Dear callin.io Community,
Hope all is well. Quick question: We’re launching a white label reseller agency focused on implementing customized AI-powered chatbots for businesses and institutions. Reviewing the callin.io chatbot plans, we noticed a premiere plan offering 20 chatbots. To confirm if this plan suits our needs, we wanted to ask: (Can this plan be white labeled under our agency name for resale, or is it exclusively for companies using it for their internal teams?)
To provide more context, our primary use case would involve building each chatbot according to client needs and then integrating it into their websites, Slack channels, Discord servers, Notion workspaces, etc.
Looking forward to your response!
Best,
Rishi

Hi, Thank you for the helpful links. I've reviewed these articles, but it remains unclear if we can utilize this product for white-labeling purposes. Could you please clarify whether this is intended for white-labeling or solely for internal use? I await your response on this matter.

Removing the "Built on callin.io" label
Available on plans:

Basic

Advanced
If you are on a paid plan, you have the option to remove the "Built on callin.io" label that appears at the bottom of the conversation window.
- From your callin.io home, click on the name of your chatbot.
- Within the Advanced tab, scroll down and click the toggle for Display the “Built on callin.io” label to hide it.
In the callin.io Chatbot builder, there are options to submit feedback and schedule a call.

Thanks for the useful information. Could you please directly address the question? (Specifically, is white-labeling permitted on the premiere plan?) I plan to schedule a call with the Chatbot team, but I thought the community might also benefit from a direct answer to the question posed here. I look forward to your reply.
You would need to get an answer from an official callin.io employee.
