Hello everyone, I'm trying to use the Airtable “Find Many Records” action, and it seems like this action is capped at returning 10 records per request. Could someone confirm if this is correct and suggest any solutions or alternative approaches? I might need to retrieve up to 48 records for a specific callin.io scenario.
Thanks!
Hi
Try using one of these advanced actions for leveraging the Airtable API: https://api.airtable.com/

Awesome, Thank you. I’ll start looking into it. Looks like it’s time to level up my callin.io skills.
Hi,
I’m jumping in to see if I can help!
I did some digging into this, and it seems like we have an open feature request to increase the limit of returned records when using the “Find Many Records” action.
I have added your vote to the open feature request. That does a few things:
- Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
- Help track interest in this feature being implemented
- Allows us to notify you via email if this feature becomes available in the future
While I don't have an ETA on when this feature might be implemented, we will notify you via email if it is!
Hopefully, this helps!
Hello everyone,
I wanted to share an update regarding the Find Many Records action for Airtable. It has been enhanced with a Max Records field, allowing you to specify a limit of up to 100 records to be retrieved from your search! 😁🎉
To utilize this new field, please make sure your callin.io workflow is using the most recent version of the Airtable app. You can find more information in our guide: Update to the latest app version in Zaps.
Should you encounter any problems with this new field, please inform us on the Community forum or contact our Support team directly, and we'll be glad to provide further assistance.
Happy automating with callin.io! ⚡
