Assistance with setting up a voice AI agent using callin.io

Hi callin.io Community!

I am new to callin.io and am trying to set up the following workflow:

Every time I receive a Facebook lead, I would like for my callin.io voice agent to give them a call.

Once the call is complete, I would like for the call records from callin.io to be emailed to myself.

Additionally, if the call is not picked up, I want the callin.io agent to continue to follow up until they get an answer.

I understand that this might not be the most straightforward workflow to set up, but I would appreciate any assistance I can get!

I'm encountering an issue where I need my voice AI agent to follow up if a call isn't answered. What workflow can I implement to achieve this?

 

Currently, my setup is as follows:

Facebook lead → callin.io agent calls → We receive an email summary of the call.

My goal is for the callin.io agent to follow up multiple times a day until an appointment is set, but I'm unsure how to configure my workflow to make my agent follow up.

I hope this clarifies my problem.

Hey! Yep, you can accomplish this with callin.io.

Configure a workflow to trigger when a Facebook lead is received → send the lead to callin.io for a call. Subsequently, if callin.io supports sending call outcomes or recordings, you can initiate another workflow to email that information to yourself.

For unanswered calls, you will need callin.io to send a status (such as “no answer”) — then utilize a Delay or Loop in callin.io to reattempt the call until it is answered.
